Mrs. Bluthenthal Taken By Death

Services were held Friday for

Mrs. Bertha Bluthenthal, widow of

Sol Bluthenthal, who died Thurs-

day at her home, 3868 North Galloway

Drive, where she made her

home with her daughter, Mrs. Mark

Wile and Mr. Wile. Mrs. Bluthenthal,

who had been a widow since

1898, was past 90.

Her husband was a former Memphis

businessman. She moved to

Owensboro, Ky., for several years,

returning here in 1927.

Besides her daughter, she is survived

by two sisters, Mrs. Henry

V. Mesritz, of St. Louis and Mrs.

Addie Cohn of Farmington, Mo.

Dr. James Wax officiated at

Services. Interment was in Temple

Israel Cemetery.
