Abe Cherry Succumbs

Services were held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 for Abe Cherry, who passed away Saturday, May 28, after a long illness. Mr. Cherry was 75 years of age.

Surviving are his daughters, Mrs. Herman Bernatsky, Mrs. Ben Bernatsky, both of Memphis; Mrs. Sam Kaplan, of West Memphis, Ark., and Mrs. Milton Boyer, of Los Angeles, Calif.,; his brothers, Sam and Harry Cherry and his sisters, Mrs. Joe Markowitz, Mrs. Mike Brown, Mrs. Nathan Buring, and Mrs. J. Cooper, of Memphis; Mrs. Fannie Marcus, of Birmingham, Ala., and Mrs. Dora Epstein of Atlanta, Ga.

Services were conducted by Rabbi Morton S. Baum. Interment was in Anshei Sphard Cemetery.
