Mrs. Jerome Goodman Dies At Her Home In St. Louis

Mrs. Jerome Goodman, former Memphian, died Tuesday morning at her home in St. Louis following a cerebral hemorrhage.

Mrs. Goodman, the former Gussie Henochsberg, was born in Memphis 78 years ago and was reared here. A former member of Temple Israel here, she accompanied her husband to St. Louis about forty years ago and joined Temple Israel there.

The Rev. Dr. Harry W. Ettelson and Dr. James A. Wax officiated at services held in Memphis. Interment was in Temple Israel Cemetery.

Mrs. Goodman is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Henry J. Lewis, 4079 Minden Road, and Mrs. Hymen Shifrin, of Clayton, Mo. and four grandchildren.
