Miss Alice Gronauer Succumbs

Private services were held Sunday at the grave at Temple Israel for Miss Alice Gronauer who died Friday morning at Baptist Hospital.

Miss Gronauer, who was a lifelong Memphian, was born here 56 years ago. She lived at Terrace Apartments, 1042 Madison.

Miss Gronauer, who had been ill for a long time, entered the hospital March 1. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Victoria Gronauer; two brothers, Joseph A. Gronauer and M. H. Gronauer, and a sister, Mrs. Sam A. Myar, all of Memphis.
