Rosa Hannach Dies
Mrs. Rosa Rosenthal
Hannach, who for most of her life has lived in Memphis, died here
Tuesday at B’nai B’rith Home and Hospital, where she had been in ill health for
the past two years.
Mrs. Hannach, widow of Notman Hannach, was born 85 years ago in Vicksburg,
Miss., member of an old Mississippi family. She was a member of Temple
Israel and had many friends in Memphis and the
Mid-South.
Surviving are her sister,
Mrs. Betty Dreyfus, of Lake Worth, Fla., a niece, Mrs. Fred Samuels, her
nephews, Theo Stiffel and Herbert Dreyfus, of Chicago,
and Ariel Dreyfus, of Lake Worth.
Services were held
in Memphis
Thursday with Dr. James A. Wax officiating.
Interment was in Temple
Israel Cemetery.
