Siegbert Jiedel Succumbs

Siegbert (Zeke) Jiedel, cotton buyer, of Blytheville, Ark., who had many relatives and friends in Memphis, passed away at Chicasawba Hospital, Blytheville, Wednesday after a heart attack.

Mr. Jiedel was born in Germany 55 years ago. He had lived in Blytheville nearly 30 years and was a citizen of the United States.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Eva Jiedel; a brother, Richard Jiedel, of Blytheville, and a sister, Miss Heartha Jiedel, of Helena.

Services were held at Temple Israel in Blytheville. Interment was in Temple Israel Cemetery, Memphis, with Rabbi Alfred Vise, of Blytheville, and Dr. James A. Wax of Memphis officiating.
