Arthur M. Kaufman Dies In Beaumont

Arthur M. Kaufman, former Memphian and owner of the William Len Hotel property, died Wednesday of last week at his home in Beaumont, Texas. He was 78 years of age.

Mr. Kaufman left Memphis for Shreveport, La., about 57 years ago and later moved to Beaumont, where he had oil interests.

He is survived by a niece, Mrs. James Frank, of Memphis.

Services and interment were held in Shreveport.
