…years ago and she reared her
own three children alone. Her
wonderful personality endeared her
to all who knew her.
Mrs. Stark was born
in Hungary
and moved to Memphis from Penn-
sylvania. She was a member of
Baron Hirsch Congregation, the
Eastern Star, the Baron Hirsch
Ladies Auxiliary and Senior Ha-
dassah.
Surviving are her son, Carl
Stark;
two daughters, Mrs. Nat
Buring and Mrs. Herman Lazarov;
two brothers, Ben and George Ab-
raham; two sisters, Mrs. Sol Her-
ring and Mrs. Joel Freedman, and
seven grandchildren, all of Mem-
phis.
Services were held
Wednesday at
Abraham Memorial Chapel with
Rabbi Isadore Goodman officiat-
ing. Interment was in Baron Hirsch
Cemetery.
