to all who knew her.

   Mrs. Stark was born in Hungary

and moved to Memphis from Penn-

sylvania.  She was a member of

Baron Hirsch Congregation, the

Eastern Star, the Baron Hirsch

Ladies Auxiliary and Senior Ha-

dassah.

   Surviving are her son, Carl

Stark;  two daughters, Mrs. Nat

Buring and Mrs. Herman Lazarov;

two brothers, Ben and George Ab-

raham;  two sisters, Mrs. Sol Her-

ring and Mrs. Joel Freedman, and

seven grandchildren, all of Mem-

phis.

   Services were held Wednesday at

Abraham Memorial Chapel with

Rabbi Isadore Goodman officiat-

ing.  Interment was in Baron Hirsch

Cemetery.
